About the Role As part of our production team, you'll have a varied and hands-on role where you primarily work with our CNC nesting machine for wood, edge banding machine, and preparation of mirror doors. We're a close-knit team where everyone pitches in across the entire production chain – from raw materials to loading finished products. This means you'll also contribute at other stations, such as sanding, oiling, and finishing. Who We're Looking For We're searching for someone who thrives in varied work where you get to work both physically and with machinery. You're thorough, responsible, and enjoy practical work. You're self-driven in your tasks and love learning new things. Working in a team comes naturally to you, and you have a solutions-oriented mindset and an eye for detail.
