Machine Operator for Our Production Arc Solutions AB Location: ARC Solutions, Florettgatan 18, 254 67 Helsingborg Scope: Full-time Employment Type: Permanent or fixed-term position, with 6-month probationary period ARC Solutions is a Helsingborg-based manufacturing company operating in the dental industry. Our customers are primarily dental laboratories to which we offer custom prosthetics manufacturing, various services, and training. Our primary market is Sweden, but England, Germany, Italy, Australia, and the USA are growing continuously. The company is located in Berga with 800 sqm of manufacturing space. ARC Solutions currently has 14 employees and is expected to grow further in the coming years. ARC Solutions is owned by the implant company Neoss and the companies work in an integrated manner. Neoss Norden has an office in Gothenburg and the main office is located in Harrogate, England. Neoss has subsidiaries around the world and is in a very expansive phase. At ARC Solutions, we manufacture our own products for the dental industry in Sweden and globally. Manufacturing takes place in different stages (order receipt, scan/design, CAD/CAM, machining/manufacturing, quality control, delivery/logistics). Which stages are included depends on the product, but regardless, it is teamwork with various competencies involved. Job Description We are now seeking additional reinforcement for our production team in the role of machine operator. As a machine operator, you are responsible for setting up and starting machines for production and monitoring the manufacturing process to ensure that products meet the correct quality standards. You will perform ongoing quality inspections, troubleshooting and remedial measures in case of production disruptions, as well as carry out simple routine maintenance of machines and equipment. Since our products are individually customized, each manufacturing process is unique. We work with short lead times, which requires precision, flexibility, and the ability to quickly adapt to varying production needs. You need to thrive in an environment where workload can vary from day to day and where it is important to maintain focus on both quality and efficiency. Work is conducted during daytime hours, and the position is a permanent employment with a six-month probationary period. Start immediately. Your Background We are looking for someone with technical interest who enjoys working practically in a production environment. You are meticulous and quality-conscious and have the ability to work independently while also collaborating well with your colleagues. Experience from industry or manufacturing operations is a merit, preferably experience working with milling machines or similar production machines. Knowledge or experience in electrical engineering is also a merit. To succeed in the role, you need to be able to identify and solve problems that arise in production and have an interest in machines, technology, and how different processes work. Requirements Fluent Swedish, spoken and written, is required. Meticulous and quality-conscious. Technical interest and practical skills. Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks. Merits Experience from industry or other manufacturing operations. Experience with milling machines or similar production machines. Education or experience in electrical engineering. Experience in troubleshooting and simple machine maintenance.
