Job Description
We are now seeking careful and dedicated machine operators for a process industry with 24/7 production!
You will work with operation, monitoring, and maintenance of production equipment in a highly automated facility.
The position requires strong technical understanding, attention to detail, and collaborative skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Monitoring and adjusting machinery in ongoing production
*Troubleshooting and resolving minor technical issues
*Quality control of finished products
*Participation in improvement initiatives and preventive maintenance
*Working day, evening, and night shifts
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
*Secondary education in technical/industrial fields or equivalent experience
*Strong technical understanding and interest in machinery and processes
*Experience with shift work in production is a plus
*High safety awareness and ability to follow procedures
*Swedish fluency in speech and writing
