Job Description
We at Nearyou are now looking for several experienced machine operators for our client NMC Sweden. This is a recruitment where you will become an important part of the operation and be offered a developmental role in a stable and international industry.
In the role of machine operator, you are responsible for monitoring and optimizing the production process. You work with setting up and adjusting machines to ensure efficient and quality production. You are also responsible for ensuring that material flow into the machines runs smoothly and that finished products are handled and packed for delivery.
The work also involves close collaboration with colleagues where you contribute to the whole and provide support where needed. The pace can be high at times, which requires flexibility and good teamwork skills. The position involves shift work.
Qualifications
We are primarily looking for someone with previous experience working as a machine operator. Important qualities for the position are that you have the right attitude, are thorough, and have the ability to see the bigger picture of what you do. It is important that you can collaborate and are a good team player. For the right person, there are good development opportunities.
Requirements for the position:
Speak, read, and understand Swedish fluently
Class B driver's license and own car
Forklift certification
