Your Role at the Company As a machine operator, you will work in production with responsibility for monitoring, operating, and optimizing various types of CNC machines. The role may vary depending on the department, but you will contribute to an efficient and high-quality production flow. The work is largely practical and physically demanding, with elements of manual labor, lifting, and overhead crane operation. Your Background We are looking for someone with: · Overhead crane certification (required) · Experience with physically demanding and manual work · Strong ability to absorb and communicate information, as work involves using communication headsets from a safety perspective · Ability to follow instructions, both verbal and written, with high accuracy As a Person, You Are: · A team player with good collaboration skills, as the work involves close cooperation with colleagues · Safety-conscious and responsible in your work approach · Engaged, curious, and willing to learn It is an advantage if you have: · Experience working in industrial or similar operations · Experience working with machinery · CNC experience Your Application This is initially a consulting assignment with potential for extension in the future.
