Your tasks may include: - Operating and monitoring machines - Making simple adjustments and settings - Loading materials - Inspecting the quality of finished products - Handling minor malfunctions and performing basic maintenance - Ensuring the workplace is clean and safe - Collaborating with colleagues in production Your Background/Qualities We are looking for someone who enjoys practical work and takes responsibility for their tasks. You are thorough, reliable, and have a willingness to learn. Since the work is done together with others, it is important that you are cooperative and contribute to a positive atmosphere. Experience from industry or production is a merit, but your attitude and work ethic are equally important. A valid driver's license is required!
