Uniflex is now seeking operators for upcoming assignments within industry and production in Trollhättan and surrounding areas, including Uddevalla. Work hours and tasks may vary depending on which customer the assignment is with. Shift work and work in the evening and/or night and weekends may occur. About the Position In the role as an operator, you work practically in production with a focus on safe operation, quality and efficiency. The work is varied and carried out in close collaboration with colleagues in production, maintenance and work management. You often work as part of a shift team and have ongoing dialogue with the shift leader. The role involves significant personal responsibility where you are expected to contribute to a well-functioning and safe production flow. Selection is ongoing and the position may be filled before the advertisement period has ended. Your Tasks The work is often physical and takes place in an active production environment where you may need to handle machines, materials and technical equipment on a daily basis. Any downtime, errors or deviations must be reported immediately to the responsible work management. Order and cleanliness are a natural and important part of the daily work, and routines and work methods are followed up and continuously developed. You are also expected to actively participate in improvement work with a focus on safety, quality and efficient work methods. Tasks that may occur: - Operation, monitoring and handling of machines and production equipment - Receiving and checking materials and handling of deviations - Performing controls related to process and quality - Sorting and proper material handling during production - Operation of wheel loaders and/or forklifts - Minor maintenance tasks related to operator responsibility - Ensuring that the work environment, production and surfaces are kept clean and organized - Following applicable instructions, routines and safety rules Who Are You? We are looking for someone with a practical approach who enjoys a production-focused role.
