What Does the Role Offer?
We are looking for someone who has completed an Industrial Technology program or acquired equivalent knowledge through work in manufacturing industry. You have experience in industrial environments and are accustomed to working structured in production. If you additionally have experience with cutting operations such as turning or milling, we consider that a merit.
To succeed in this role, we also see that you have:
Good ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Good understanding and recognition of the importance of safety procedures and quality requirements.
Thorough and quality-conscious in your work approach.
Technical understanding and interest in manufacturing processes.
Who Are You?
We are looking for a team player who enjoys collaborating and contributing to the group's collective results. You are responsible, engaged, and have a positive attitude toward both colleagues and work tasks. Furthermore, you work thoroughly and have a strong focus on quality and safety in daily work. You need to be able to work shift schedules and have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
It is a merit if you have experience with cutting operations in metal, for example turning or milling. Experience working with CNC-controlled machines is also seen as an advantage. If you have previously worked in manufacturing industry where high demands were placed on quality and precision, that is something we value.
