Do you have experience with laser cutting, CNC machining, or other machine processing and want to develop in a modern production environment? About the Position We're looking for a machine operator to strengthen our production and contribute to increased flexibility in our operations. The role initially involves a strong focus on waterjet cutting, where you'll be responsible for operating, monitoring, and quality assurance of manufactured parts. Over time, the goal is for you to work flexibly between both laser and waterjet cutting depending on the company's needs. The role offers excellent opportunities to broaden your skills and develop in multiple areas. The position is based on day shifts. Key responsibilities include: Operation and monitoring of production equipment Blueprint reading and interpretation of technical documentation Measurement techniques and quality inspections Self-inspection of manufactured parts Troubleshooting and problem-solving in production About You We're looking for someone who thrives in a technical environment and has a strong interest in production and machine processing. You're thorough, quality-conscious, and take responsibility for your work. You also have good problem-solving skills and a willingness to develop your knowledge of new machines and processes. You work well with others while being independent and taking ownership of your tasks. We appreciate someone who is curious and motivated to learn multiple aspects of production to contribute to operational flexibility.
