Job Responsibilities
We are now looking for additional team members for Haglund Industri's sheet metal workshop. Here you will be an important part of production and work with processing sheet metal that is later used in the company's professional cooling and freezing solutions.
You will work from drawings and instructions and be responsible for manufacturing details to the correct measurements and quality. The role suits you if you enjoy practical and technical work, have a feel for precision, and are comfortable in a workshop environment.
If you have previous experience with edge pressing or other sheet metal processing, that is a big plus. At the same time, your attitude and willingness to learn are important—for the right person, there are good opportunities to develop in this role.
Working hours are scheduled in 2-shift rotation.

Background and Personal Qualities
To succeed in this role, we would like you to have industrial technical training or previous experience from industry, workshop, or sheet metal processing. Experience with edge pressing and blueprint reading is particularly valuable.
At the same time, we are interested in candidates who have technical and practical skills and want to learn the trade. You need to be thorough and understand that correct measurements, quality, and execution are crucial in every step.
Requirements:
• Valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle
Desirable:
• Experience with sheet metal processing
• Experience from industrial or workshop work
• Knowledge of blueprint reading
• Forklift certification
As a person, you are responsible, thorough, and enjoy practical work. You like to work independently but also recognize the value of good teamwork with your workshop colleagues. You have an eye for quality and take pride in getting the work right from the start.
We also believe that you have a strong work ethic, are curious and positive, and enjoy learning new things. Whether you already have experience in sheet metal processing or want to develop in this field, we are primarily looking for someone with the right attitude and a desire to become really skilled at your work.
