We are now seeking a machine operator for an established manufacturing company in Värnamo. The position starts as a temporary assignment through us, with a strong possibility of permanent employment with our client when the right person is in place. For those who want more, there is also the opportunity to develop toward a role as a setup technician over time. About the Role As a machine operator, you are responsible for operating and monitoring production machines in daily operations. You ensure production runs smoothly, make simple adjustments and checks, and keep an eye on quality standards. Work is conducted in 2-shift rotation. What We're Looking For • Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing • Technically interested and have an easy time understanding how machines work • Ideally, you have tinkered or worked on things in your spare time – that's a big plus • Careful, responsible, and comfortable working in an environment where you get to work with your hands It is an advantage if you have a forklift license.
