About the position

Work hours: 2-shift/night/weekend
Employment type: Fixed-term contract (full-time)
Start date: After summer
As a machine operator at Gunnebo Industries, you will be an important part of production. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and operating machinery, ensuring that production meets the right quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
The work involves different shift schedules and may include both two-shift arrangements and other work hour arrangements depending on operational needs.
About you
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, responsible, and enjoys practical work in an industrial setting. You have a technical interest and work methodically with a strong focus on safety, while being accustomed to following established procedures and instructions in production.
You are someone who takes responsibility for your work, has an eye for quality, and understands the importance of delivering correctly from the start. You have good collaboration skills, while also being able to work independently and take own initiatives when needed.
You have experience from industry, which is a merit, but we place great emphasis on your attitude and willingness to develop. You are engaged, contribute to a positive work environment, and want to be part of creating a safe, stable, and efficient production.
Formal qualifications
Driver's license category B & access to a car
Good knowledge of Swedish
Experience working in industry, production, or similar practical work
Forklift and overhead crane certification
