Job Description
We're now looking for detail-oriented and committed machine operators for a process industry with 24/7 production!
You will work with operation, monitoring, and maintenance of production equipment in a highly automated facility.
The position requires strong technical understanding, precision, and collaboration.
Your tasks will include:
*Monitoring and adjusting machinery during ongoing production
*Troubleshooting and resolving minor technical issues
*Quality control of finished products
*Participation in improvement initiatives and preventive maintenance
*Work on day, evening, and night shifts
Qualifications
We're looking for someone with:
*High school education in technical/industrial fields or equivalent experience
*Strong technical understanding and interest in machinery and processes
*Experience with shift work in production is a plus
*High safety awareness and ability to follow procedures
*Swedish in spoken and written form
