Machine Operator for rubber production in Malmö Are you technically inclined, detail-oriented, and enjoy hands-on work? Then this could be the opportunity for you! We are now recruiting a machine operator for our client in the rubber industry in Malmö. The position is full-time with daytime working hours. About the Position As a machine operator, you will work in production manufacturing products within the rubber industry. You will be an important part of the production process and responsible for running the machines safely and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards for finished products. The work is varied and suits someone who enjoys hands-on work, taking responsibility, and solving problems as they arise. Your Main Responsibilities Monitor and operate production machinery Set up and adjust machines according to product specifications and production orders Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve production disruptions Inspect the quality of manufactured products Load materials and handle raw materials in production Document production and quality inspections Perform ongoing cleaning and basic machine maintenance Work according to company procedures for quality, work environment, and safety We are Looking for You We believe you are a detail-oriented, responsible, and practical person who thrives in a production environment. You learn new tasks and machines quickly and are not afraid to take initiative. To succeed in this role, we would like you to have: Previous experience working in industry or production Experience as a machine operator is a plus Technical interest and understanding of machines and production processes Good Swedish, spoken and written Ability to work both independently and as part of a team A careful and quality-conscious work approach If you hold a forklift certification, have industrial training, or experience working in the rubber, plastic, or other manufacturing industry, that is a plus.
