Then this could be the job for you. We are now looking for a machine operator for an well-established manufacturing company in Värnamo. The position starts as a temporary assignment through us, with a great chance of permanent employment with our client once the right person is in place. For those who want more, there is also the opportunity to develop over time toward a role as a machine setter. About the Role As a machine operator, you are responsible for operating and monitoring production machines in daily operations. You ensure that production runs smoothly, make minor adjustments and checks, and keep an eye on quality standards. The work is performed in 2-shift operations. We are Looking for You Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written Technically interested and have an easy time understanding how machines work Preferably have experience tinkering or working on things in your spare time – that's a big plus Are meticulous, take responsibility, and enjoy working in an environment where you get to work with your hands It is advantageous if you have a forklift license.
