We are now seeking machine operators for our production facility in Lund

Then YOU are the person we're looking for! Inpac continues to grow and to meet customer needs, we are now increasing our production staffing with positions on weekend, night, and 2-shift schedules.
Your mission: to deliver a good product on time with quality that meets requirements and satisfies the customer.
By taking responsibility for:
Monitoring and operating machinery and equipment
Documentation
Machine settings
Production optimization
Quality assurance of products
Troubleshooting
Reporting, downtime tracking, and scrap tracking
Cleaning and sanitation
Basic machine maintenance
Improvement work
Following packaging regulations, manuals, procedures, and instructions
Assisting and supporting your colleagues
Profile You are quality and hygiene-conscious. Your work approach must be characterized by a strong safety mindset, good judgment, thoroughness, and a sense of order and responsibility. You are well-organized and take responsibility for performing your tasks to the best of your ability with the highest quality, and you enjoy working independently. You are flexible and are willing to switch between different tasks, seeing it as stimulating. You collaborate well and contribute to a positive team climate. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and ideas with your colleagues.
Competencies
Upper secondary education
Fluent Swedish in speaking, writing, and reading comprehension
Experience as a machine operator for at least 2 years
Experience with GMP, food manufacturing, and LEAN is a merit
Technical interest and background is a strong advantage
About Us
Inpac is a Lund-based contract manufacturer for dietary supplements, sports nutrition, probiotics, and pharmaceuticals. We are growing rapidly and have recently moved to a newly built facility in Lund.
We have approximately 70 employees and an annual turnover of 250 MSEK. We are certified according to FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001, and our pharmaceutical manufacturing is GMP-certified.
We are seeking multiple positions on different shifts starting immediately with a 6-month probationary period. Working hours: Permanent night, weekend, or 2-shift schedules; we are recruiting for various shifts. In 2026, Inpac will become a smoke-free workplace.
