We are looking for machine operators for snow removal in Southern Stockholm For the winter of 2026/2027, we at Krystel Miljömark are seeking experienced and responsible machine operators for snow removal and de-icing work. We have contracts in Southern Stockholm and surrounding areas - primarily Farsta and Skarpnäck. Job responsibilities: Snow removal with wheel loaders/load machines De-icing and salting Loading and removal of snow as needed Daily inspection and maintenance of equipment This position involves on-call/standby duty. When it snows, we work around the clock. You need to be able to respond with short notice, including nights and weekends. Requirements for the position: Experience operating wheel loaders/load machines/tractors Class B driver's license You are punctual, thorough, and able to work independently in stressful weather conditions Previous snow removal experience Experience with de-icing/salt truck operation We offer: Seasonal employment November - March/April with possibility for extension and summer work in landscaping/construction Fixed hourly wage + on-call/overtime compensation according to agreement Well-maintained and serviced equipment A close-knit team where we help each other Employment type: Seasonal/On-call/Full-time during snowfall Salary: Fixed wage + overtime compensation Location: Southern Stockholm Start date: According to agreement before season start, introduction in October/November.
