State limited liability company "Pauls Stradins Clinical University Hospital" (Registration No. 40003457109) invites to work NURSING ASSISTANT / JUNIOR NURSING ASSISTANT in the Invasive Cardiology Laboratory Main job duties: • perform nursing-assigned activities to meet patients' basic needs; • perform nursing-assigned activities related to patient admission and discharge from the hospital; • perform hygiene procedures for patients; • carry out nursing instructions ensuring the performance of prescribed diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for department patients, etc. Requirements for candidates: • desired nursing assistant education; • desired registration in the state register of healthcare professionals; • desired experience in nursing assistant or sanitarian work; • mandatory state language knowledge; • excellent communication skills; • friendly, responsive attitude; • sense of responsibility and accuracy. We offer: • 12h shifts (8:00-20:00); • hourly BASE rate for junior nursing assistant 5.30 EUR/h Gross, nursing assistant 5.75 EUR/h Gross; • bonuses in accordance with labor legislation and collective agreement (for day shift, for work experience, etc.); • monthly salary for 168h for junior nursing assistant starting from 1114.00 EUR Gross, nursing assistant starting from 1208.00 EUR Gross; • free psycho-emotional support for hospital employees; • health insurance after 6 months of work; • responsible, dynamic and interesting work; • professional development opportunities.
