State Limited Liability Company "Pauls Stradins Clinical University Hospital" (Registration No. 40003457109) invites applications for NURSING ASSISTANT / JUNIOR NURSING ASSISTANT at the Emergency Medicine Centre Key responsibilities: • perform nursing-assigned activities to ensure patients' basic needs; • perform nursing-assigned activities related to patient admission and discharge from the Emergency Medicine Centre; • perform hygiene procedures for patients; • execute nursing instructions that ensure the performance of prescribed diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for patients in the department, etc.; • provide first aid when necessary. Requirements for candidates: • nursing assistant education preferred; • registration in the State Register of Healthcare Professionals preferred; • experience as a nursing assistant preferred; • mandatory knowledge of the state language; • excellent communication skills; • friendly, helpful attitude; • sense of responsibility and accuracy. We offer: • work in 24h shifts (8:00-8:00); • base hourly rate for junior nursing assistant 5,49 EUR/h Gross, for nursing assistant 6,09 EUR/h Gross; • supplements in accordance with labor law and collective agreement (for day shift or night hours, for work seniority, etc.); • average monthly salary for 168h (including supplements) for junior nursing assistant from 1076,00 EUR/h Gross, for nursing assistant from 1278,00 EUR/h Gross; • additional variable pay component (amount depends on achievement of work targets); • health insurance after 6 months of employment; • free psychological counseling; • responsible, dynamic and interesting work; • professional development opportunities.
