State Limited Liability Company "Pauls Stradins Clinical University Hospital" (Registration No. 40003457109) invites applications for NURSING ASSISTANT / JUNIOR NURSING ASSISTANT in the Operating Room D Main duties: perform nursing tasks assigned by nurses to meet patients' basic needs; cleaning and preparing operating rooms for surgical procedures; transporting necessary supplies; cleaning other operating suite areas. Requirements for candidates: nursing assistant education preferred; registration in the state register of healthcare professionals preferred; experience working as a nursing assistant preferred; mandatory state language proficiency; excellent interpersonal skills; friendly, responsive attitude; sense of responsibility and accuracy. We offer: shift work (8/24h); hourly BASE rate for junior nursing assistant 5.30 EUR/h Gross, nursing assistant 5.75 EUR/h Gross; additional payments in accordance with labor legislation and collective agreement (for night shift work, work experience, etc.); average monthly salary for 168h (including night shift premium) for junior nursing assistant starting from 1114.00 EUR Gross, nursing assistant from 1208.00 EUR Gross; additional variable pay component (amount depends on achievement of work targets); stable compensation and social guarantees; responsible, dynamic and interesting work; professional development opportunities; health insurance after 6 months of service; free psychoemotional support for Hospital employees.
