State Limited Liability Company "Pauls Stradins Clinical University Hospital" (Registration No. 40003457109) invites you to join our team NURSE in the Department of Cardiac Surgery Anesthesiology and Intensive Care (profession code: 222146) In your daily work, you will care for patients and work in close collaboration with an experienced multidisciplinary team. Key job responsibilities: • assess and monitor patient health status; • provide patient-centered care according to patient needs and health condition; • perform medical and diagnostic procedures within your scope of practice; • ensure safe medication therapy and monitor patient condition; • provide emergency assistance when needed; • ensure safe use of intensive care medical equipment and patient monitoring (monitoring devices, infusion pumps, ventilation equipment, etc.); • educate patients and their families about treatment and ongoing care. Requirements for candidates: • nursing education; • registration in the state register of healthcare professionals; • preferred experience as an anesthesia nurse in the operating room; • mandatory knowledge of the state language; • excellent communication skills; • ability to work independently and in a team.
