State Limited Liability Company "Pauls Stradins Clinical University Hospital" (Registration No. 40003457109) NURSE in the Acute Kidney and Liver Replacement Therapy Department Main job duties: perform patient assessments and provide care to inpatient hospital patients undergoing acute kidney or liver replacement therapy, or other types of extracorporeal blood purification methods; prepare patients for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures; timely prepare and maintain equipment and devices for procedures; execute diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as prescribed by physicians; ensure patients receive prescribed medications; evaluate the patient care process and its outcomes; explain treatment procedures, medication usage conditions, and other relevant information to patients. Requirements for candidates: Nursing degree obtained Registration in the state register of healthcare professionals; prior work experience in the specialty (preferred); ability to prioritize, quick response capacity, and ability to function in emergency situations; excellent communication skills, accuracy, high sense of responsibility; ability to work independently and as part of a team; mandatory state language proficiency.
