State Limited Liability Company "Pauls Stradiņš Clinical University Hospital" (Registration No. 40003457109) invites applications for NURSE positions in the Intensive Care and Resuscitation Department Key job responsibilities: monitor and document patient vital signs; provide patient care, preparation for acute surgeries and surgical procedures; implement bedsore prevention measures, ensure medication administration according to documentation; provide emergency care. Requirements for candidates: nursing degree or qualification; registration in the state registry of healthcare professionals; desired experience working as an anesthesia nurse in operating rooms; mandatory knowledge of the state language, desired knowledge of foreign languages at conversational level for communication with international colleagues; excellent communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team. We offer: summed working time (12h/24h shifts); stable salary and social benefits; hourly BASE rate 9,15 EUR/h Gross; bonuses in accordance with labor legislation and collective agreement (for night work, for tenure, possible bonuses for work intensity or risk); average monthly salary for 168h (including night work bonus) 1921,00 EUR Gross; additional variable compensation component (amount depends on achievement of work targets); health insurance after 6 months of service; free psychoemotional support provided by the Hospital to employees; responsible, dynamic and interesting work; professional development opportunities.
