State Limited Liability Company "Pauls Stradiņš Clinical University Hospital" (Registration No. 40003457109) invites applications for NURSES in Operating Room C Main job responsibilities: • Perform medical procedures prescribed by a physician for patients; • Prepare patients for acute and planned surgeries, prepare the environment and equipment for surgical operations, assist the physician during surgical procedures, evaluate the patient care process and its results, etc. Requirements for applicants: • Nursing education obtained; • Registration in the healthcare professionals register; • Previous work experience in surgery and/or operating room nursing is desirable; • Ability to set priorities, capacity to react quickly and act in emergency situations; • Mandatory proficiency in the state language; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; accuracy, high sense of responsibility. We offer: • Working hours: 8h (8:00-16:00) or 12h (8:00-20:00) or 24h (8:00-8:00) shifts; • Responsible, dynamic and interesting work; • Stable remuneration and social benefits; • Health insurance after 6 months of employment; • Hourly BASE rate 9,15 EUR/h - 9,47 EUR/h Gross; • Allowances according to labor legislation and collective agreement (for night work or day shift, for work seniority) allowances for work intensity or risk; • Average monthly salary for 168h (including allowance for night work / day shift / allowances for risk or intensity) starting from 1922,00 EUR Gross; • Additional variable pay component (amount depends on achievement of work objectives).
