We are now seeking a Marketing Coordinator who wants to help implement marketing plans into concrete activities in the Nordic markets for our client. Your Tasks As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work to coordinate and implement marketing activities across multiple markets. A large part of the work takes place together with distributors and other external partners, while you maintain close contact with internal teams in sales and marketing. You will work with, among other things: *Coordinating and implementing marketing activities and campaigns *Adapting central marketing programs and offers to local markets *Supporting the development of local marketing activation plans *Coordinating with distributors, agencies, and other external partners *Monitoring activities, results, and relevant KPIs *Supporting product and service campaigns *Coordinating marketing materials and merchandise for local activities *Monitoring budgets and costs related to marketing activities *Ongoing collaboration with internal teams in Sales, Brand & Communications, and other parts of the organization The role encompasses work across approximately ten markets and involves many international contact points. Travel may occur as part of the position, for example in connection with visits to distributors, customers, or other partners. You will receive guidance and support in the role while being expected to take responsibility for driving your activities forward. Your Profile We are seeking someone early in their marketing career who enjoys a coordinating role with many contact points. You are organized, communicative, and enjoy managing multiple activities in parallel. We would like to see that you have: *Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or equivalent *Experience coordinating marketing activities, campaigns, or projects *Strong ability to monitor activities and work with results and KPIs *Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written *Good communication skills and an ease for building relationships with various contacts *Class B driver's license It is advantageous if you have experience from an international company, working with distributors, or collaborating with external marketing and communications agencies.
