About the Position

As a Marketing Assistant, you'll become part of our marketing department and work on both creative and operational tasks that strengthen the KFX brand and increase our visibility. This is a part-time position based at our office, where you'll work independently while collaborating closely with our Marketing Manager and external partners. You'll have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas, take responsibility, and grow in a varied role.

Responsibilities
As a Marketing Assistant, you'll contribute to both strategic and operational activities. You will, among other things:
Handle content production for digital channels - social media, newsletters, campaigns, and website
Create and edit graphic materials in accordance with the brand's visual identity
Plan and schedule social media posts and monitor engagement and reach
Update and maintain the website and internal content databases
Assist with events
Handle administrative tasks and follow-ups
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and driven, and who is currently studying marketing or communications at the post-secondary level.
We'd like to see that you have a strong interest in social media, as this will be your main area of responsibility. You enjoy creating engaging and inspiring content, and you have an eye for developing both ideas and their expression.
This role is ideal for you if you like a combination of creative and administrative tasks. You're self-directed, enjoy taking initiative, and find it easy to prioritize and organize your day even when the pace varies.
We'd like to see that you have:
Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Basic knowledge of the Adobe suite, Canva, and experience with publishing tools such as Meta and Google
Experience working in Microsoft Office

Scope: Part-time, hours and schedule by agreement

Salary: Individual salary setting (Unionen Collective Agreement)
