Marketing Manager
Would you like to combine marketing, communication, and coordination in a role where you work closely with both sales and other key functions in the organization? We are now seeking an engaged and organized Marketing Manager who wants to help develop and ensure the quality of our marketing materials, digital channels, and external activities.
About the Role
As Marketing Manager, you will have a broad and varied role with responsibility for planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing-related activities in Sweden (50%) and also in Denmark (50%), where we recently established operations. You will be an important link between sales, regulatory functions, and external partners, and will contribute to ensuring that our marketing efforts maintain high quality and are executed in an efficient and consistent manner.

Your Main Responsibilities
Create, update, and maintain marketing and sales materials while ensuring that content is accurate, current, and consistent.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, activities, and events, both at your location and at other venues.
Promote effective collaboration between sales, regulatory functions, and external partners in connection with marketing activities.
Support digital marketing initiatives and related activities.
Manage planning and logistics for trade shows and exhibitions, including marketing materials, branded products, and other practical arrangements.
Manage the company website by updating, maintaining, and publishing content while ensuring that information is accurate and relevant.
Contribute to developing and improving our marketing processes, materials, and working methods.
About You
You have initial experience in marketing, commercial support, or a similar role.
You have experience creating and maintaining marketing or sales materials, preferably in combination with experience in event planning and coordination.
You are organized, thorough, and accustomed to planning and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
You have strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
You have experience with WordPress and website administration, including updating and publishing content.
You are experienced with digital tools and systems, such as those used for approvals, content management, or procurement.
It is an advantage if you also have:
Experience with Adobe InDesign or similar tools.
Experience from the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
Experience working in organizations with regulatory requirements.
