About the position
As a ground and construction worker at Install Infra, you'll have a varied workday where you work on interesting projects for our customers. Your tasks include:
Ground work for foundations
Slab laying
Grading for asphalt work
Water and sewage work
The work is mainly outdoors and projects vary in scope. To make your workday smooth, working hours are scheduled during daytime, Monday through Friday.
You'll start your employment with an introduction where we ensure you get thorough onboarding and quickly settle into both the role and the company. Together with your manager, you'll create a shared plan for your development with us. The busy season runs from May to November 2026, and there are good opportunities for continued employment if the collaboration works well for both parties.

To be relevant for the role, we see that you:
Have a Class B driver's license
Master Swedish in speech and writing
It's advantageous if you have:
Experience or training in ground/construction work, for example water and sewage work, slab laying, or stonework
Experience with blueprint reading
Certificates for Work on Road and/or Safe Construction are meritable; these trainings will otherwise be provided before your employment begins at Install Infra.
