About the position
As a ground and infrastructure worker at Install Infra, you will have a varied day where you work on interesting projects for our customers. Your work tasks include:
Ground work for foundations
Slab laying
Adjustment for asphalting
Water and sewage work
The work takes place mainly outdoors and the projects vary in scope. To make your day smooth, working hours are scheduled during daytime, Monday to Friday.
You will start your employment with an introduction where we ensure you receive thorough onboarding and quickly get into both the role and the company. Together with your manager, you will create a shared plan for your development with us. The high season runs from May to November 2026, and there are good opportunities for further employment if the collaboration works well for both parties.

To be a candidate for the role, we see that you:
Have a Class B driver's license
Speak and write Swedish fluently
It is advantageous if you have:
Experience or training within ground/infrastructure, such as water and sewage work, slab laying, or stone setting
Experience with reading drawings
Certificate for Working on Roads and/or Safe Construction is advantageous; these trainings are otherwise provided before your employment begins at Install Infra.
