If so, you might be the right person for this job! Job Responsibilities We are currently seeking a male companion for a 20-year-old with autism and OCD. The position involves 10 hours per month distributed over 4-5 occasions during daytime on weekends. During companionship, you will do things such as take walks, play games, and eat at restaurants. We are looking for someone who has great patience, is well-organized, attentive, pedagogical, and has a genuine interest in people and emotionally-centered care. Previous experience working with individuals in this target group is a merit. As a companion, you will engage in various activities outside the home together with the user. Companion services exist to enable cultural and leisure activities outside the home and to promote the individual's social life. Employment Terms The hourly rate (incl. overtime) varies between 180-210 kr on weekends, 150-180 kr on weekday evenings, and 130-160 kr on weekdays (daytime) depending on your qualifications (education and experience). In the event of employment, we will request references and an extract from the Police's criminal record register.
