Are you a team player who can coordinate a team of people in a well-established company to deliver components and equipment for nuclear power plants around the world? What you'll be part of: You will participate in coordinating mechanical engineering production of important products in the Manufacturing division, which are intended for Czech and foreign nuclear power plants, from the moment of contract signing, through development, production, and testing to customer handover. You will be the liaison for communication between our company, our customers, and subcontractors, whether from the Czech Republic or abroad. Job Responsibilities: o Coordinate projects from bid submission through project completion o Project communication with customers and subcontractors o Plan and evaluate project schedules o Manage and evaluate project budgets o Calculate price and cost escalations o Lead project team meetings o Report on project status to customers and management What you should be able to do: o University degree in a technical field, suitable for recent graduates o Secondary technical education with a minimum of 3 years of experience o Knowledge of MS Teams and MS Office - particularly Word and Excel (active use of pivot tables) o Read technical drawings o English - communicative knowledge in speech and writing o Knowledge of French is a great advantage o Team collaboration, analytical and creative thinking, shared responsibility for results o Ability to communicate with customers and subcontractors o Ability to report on project status both internally within the company and externally to customers o Driver's License category B Employee Benefits: o Flexible working hours 7.5 hours/day o 5 weeks of vacation o 3 SICK DAYS o Regular training and educational opportunities o Work in a pleasant environment o Meal allowance approximately 10,000 Kč/year in the ŠKODA JS cafeteria o 14,400 Kč/year contribution to pension insurance or DIP o 15,600 Kč/year - Pluxee benefits card
