Are you a team player who can coordinate a team of people in a well-established company to deliver components and equipment for nuclear power plants around the world? What you'll be part of: You will participate in coordinating mechanical engineering production of important products in the Manufacturing division, which are intended for Czech and foreign nuclear power plants, from the moment of contract signature, through development, production and testing to customer delivery. You will serve as a mediator in communication between our company, our customers, and subcontractors, whether from the Czech Republic or abroad. Job Responsibilities: o Coordinate projects from offer submission to project goal achievement o Project communication with customer and subcontractors o Planning and evaluating project schedules o Managing and evaluating project budgets o Calculating price and cost escalation o Conducting project team meetings o Reporting project status to customer and management What you should be able to do: o Secondary education with diploma, preferably in a technical field o Minimum 3 years of experience o Knowledge of MS Teams and MS Office - particularly Word and Excel (active use of pivot tables) o Reading technical drawings o Czech - communicative knowledge spoken and written o English - communicative knowledge spoken and written, advantageous o Ability to communicate with customers and subcontractors o Ability to report project status both internally within the company and externally to customers o Driver's license category B o Teamwork, analytical and creative thinking, shared responsibility for results Employee Benefits: o Flexible working hours 7.5 hours/day o 5 weeks vacation o 3 SICK DAYS o Regular training and professional development o Working in a pleasant environment o Meal allowance approximately 10,000 Kč/year in ŠKODA JS cafeteria o 14,400 Kč/year contribution to pension insurance or supplementary pension plan o 15,600 Kč/year - Pluxee benefit card
