Work hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Benefits: Financial bonuses, career growth opportunities, housing allowance Probation period: 3 months Job Responsibilities: Provides comprehensive property management through rental of residential and non-residential units to clients in owned or leased properties in Olomouc and Prostějov. The primary goal and responsibility of the property management manager is to ensure quality tenants and collect rent without additional incidental costs. Responsibly maintain comprehensive contract management, address tenant needs and requests to ensure satisfactory tenant relations. Process client and supplier orders. Monthly and annual closings, utility billing settlements, balance verification. Employee Requirements: Professional and careful approach to work. High school diploma with matura, clean criminal record. Driver's license category B Comprehensive knowledge of administrative work and document management. Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and electronic communication. Basic knowledge of accounting principles, energy regulations, and legal fundamentals.
