RESERVATIONS MANAGER We offer: 45,000 CZK gross / month (starting salary) Wellness hotel Windsor, Hotel Zátiší, Špindlerův Mlýn Contact: M: +420 724 521 068 E-mail: [email protected] What awaits you with us? We are looking for a careful and communicative colleague to take over reservations management for Wellness hotel Windsor and Hotel Zátiší. Your main task will be complete management of individual and group reservations for both hotels and communication with guests and business partners. Your role includes: • Processing phone, email, and online reservations • Daily work in the HotelTime hotel system • Control of reservations coming from online sales portals • Communication with travel agencies • Written and phone communication with guests in Czech, German, and English • Management of group reservations, rooming lists, changes, and group requests • Preparation of programs and organizational materials for individual hotel departments • Close collaboration with reception, restaurant, and other hotel operations • Control and resolution of potential discrepancies in reception matters and inventories Part of the initial training includes getting to know the operations of the reception in both hotels. We need you to become well acquainted with our rooms, services, and how the hotels function so you can subsequently manage reservations independently and confidently.
