We are looking for a store manager for KLIMCHI!
We are KLIMCHI, a young and dynamic Czech brand of handmade glass that combines the tradition of Czech glassmaking with modern design. We are seeking an independent, energetic, and responsible person to manage the day-to-day operations of our store in Prague.
If you enjoy working with people, are interested in glass and design, have an eye for detail, and are someone who isn't afraid to take on responsibility, we are looking for you!

A smile on your face, professional demeanor, and willingness to help customers with their selections. We want every visitor to leave with a pleasant and memorable experience.
Knowledge of our products
You will learn about our handblown glass products, their story, and the manufacturing process so you can provide customers with quality and personalized advice.
Independence and organizational skills
You will be responsible for the daily operation of the store, product presentation and restocking, warehouse management, and maintaining cleanliness and order.
Flexibility and responsibility
Willingness to work shifts including weekends and holidays. We expect reliability, independent decision-making, and the ability to respond to the store's current needs.

Practical information
Work location: Prague
Work schedule: 40 hours per week
Shifts: short / long week
Shift duration: 9:40 AM - 9:40 PM
Store hours: 10:00 AM - 9:30 PM
The stated store hours and shift duration correspond to summer operations. Throughout the year, store hours and shift duration may be adjusted.
