The job involves creating and implementing a long-term marketing strategy in line with company objectives: " Market analysis, competition, and identification of growth opportunities. " Creation of marketing campaigns: - Design, implementation, and evaluation of online and offline campaigns. - Management of advertising campaigns on various platforms (Google Ads, social media, print media). " Branding and communication: - Building the brand and strengthening awareness of company products. - Oversight of PR activities and collaboration with external agencies. " Content marketing: - Leading the creation and publication of content (articles, newsletters, videos, social media posts). - Oversight of the company website and its optimization (SEO). " Social media management: - Strategic planning and management of company accounts on social networks. - Monitoring current trends and their implementation. " Analysis and reporting: - Regular collection and evaluation of marketing data (website traffic, campaign ROI, conversions). - Creation of reports for company management and proposals for performance improvement. " Budget management: - Planning and efficient management of the marketing budget. - Ensuring compliance with budget limits. " Partner collaboration: - Negotiations with suppliers, partners, media, and influencers. - Negotiating terms of cooperation and contracts. " Innovation and development: - Monitors new marketing tools and technologies and implements them into strategy. - Organizes training for the team to expand competencies.
