Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Provides financial and project support to the Strategic FP&A team. Responsible for coordinating and preparing financial materials for ARMCom and the Board, supporting the long-term financial planning process, budget approval, and member financing management. Leads cross-functional financial projects, prepares financial analyses and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Collaborates with senior stakeholders across the organization and participates in improving, automating, and standardizing financial processes. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or corporate finance, Advanced knowledge of financial planning and financial modeling, Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, Experience preparing materials for senior management and the Board, Strong project management and communication skills, Ability to independently manage priorities and deliver quality outputs on schedule.
