Minimum education required: Complete secondary general education (gymnasium), complete secondary vocational education with apprenticeship and high school diploma, complete secondary vocational education with high school diploma (without apprenticeship). Additional information: We are a company providing primarily technical services, we manage industrial facilities, and we perform smaller construction projects. For our customers, we ensure construction maintenance from minor repairs to building modifications. We are looking for a capable manager who will take responsibility for the complete operation of the site and customer satisfaction from inquiry through project completion. Leading a team of subordinates is an integral part of the work - work preparation and execution including subcontractors, communication with customer representatives, documentation management, and work organization in the department. Construction education is not a requirement, but it will be a significant advantage. Experience working in construction and managing teams is essential.
