What Awaits You
Collaboration on developing new board games, toys, packaging, instructions, and game components: Idea - brief - design proposal - materials and technology - inquiries - mockups and samples - ongoing cost calculation - graphic design - quality control - handoff to production
Converting ideas into sketches, graphic designs, mockups, prototypes, and production materials
Finding solutions to make the product not only beautiful, but also functional, manufacturable, and economically sound
Preparing and checking print data for cardboard production, printing, die-cutting, packaging, and custom manufacturing
Working with physical samples, mockups, and prototypes—not just at your desk, but with the actual product
Communication with colleagues in graphics, technology, construction, production, sales, and potentially external authors
Involvement in projects for brands EFKO, Igráček, MultiGO, and other games, toys, and custom products
Knowledge and Skills You Should Have
Graphic sensibility and experience with graphics, design, packaging, or product graphics
Ability to combine creativity with practical, technical, and production thinking
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
Ability to prepare clean and usable data for printing and further processing
Interest in manufacturing technologies—printing, die-cutting, cardboard work, packaging, plastic parts, or product mockups
Ability to understand briefs, break work into steps, meet deadlines, and see tasks through to completion
Care, consistency, diligence, and a responsible approach to detail
Fair dealing, ability to communicate openly and collaborate with others
Actual availability to work on-site in Nový Veselí near Žďár nad Sázavou
It Will Be an Advantage If You Can
Packaging design, DTP, prepress preparation, or have printing experience
Basics of 3D modeling, visualization, technical drawing, or work with product mockups
Design game components, instructions, boxes, POS materials, or custom cardboard products
Work with modern graphic tools
Use AI tools as a helper when searching for ideas, mood boards, or visual directions
Have a passion for games, toys, paper, cardboard, packaging, or Czech manufacturing
