Requirements: What you will do: Leading and motivating a team of sales representatives, ensuring achievement of sales targets. Developing and implementing sales strategy in line with company objectives. Providing support and professional guidance to the team, ensuring high level of customer service. Monitoring team performance and conducting regular performance evaluations. Active collaboration with company management and participation in developing company strategy.
