Requirements: • University degree in construction • ČKAIT authorization for road construction or bridges and engineering structures • Group B driver's license • PC proficiency • Knowledge of road and construction law • Experience managing teams • Organizational and communication skills • Reliability and independence Job Responsibilities: During Project Preparation: • Coordinates and methodically manages the preparation and implementation of projects • Establishes and monitors compliance with preparation schedules—procurement of preparation services, assignment of project documentation, development of project documentation, securing property rights settlement for construction, ensuring engineering activities and documentation for construction permits, preparation of materials for subsidy applications according to methodology, etc. • Controls the completeness of materials from district preparation and construction offices • Reviews project documentation and construction budgets • Controls ZTKP for construction projects • Coordinates preparation and implementation of construction projects • Controls technical documentation for client selection procedures for individual projects • Collaborates on preparing materials for subsidy applications • Develops simplified construction budgets • Monitors compliance with deadlines for submission of materials for selection of designers or contractors During Project Implementation: • Performs duties as client representative, i.e., site manager, TDS, and potentially health and safety coordinator on the construction site • Establishes and monitors compliance with implementation schedules—issuance of selection procedures for construction, verification of complete documentation and timely preparation for handover to the commercial department, monitoring construction quality plans, inspection and testing plans, technology proposals, site handover to contractors and schedule compliance per contract • Ensures execution of construction supervision • Performs quality control with contractors according to current regulations and is responsible for work acceptance and invoicing per approved project documentation Benefits: • Solid foundation of a stable company, flexible working hours • 5 weeks of vacation • Meal vouchers in the form of electronic meal card • Contribution to "pension insurance or savings plans" • We provide necessary courses and training More at www.uskhk.eu ----> CAREER
