We require: - University degree in construction - ČKAIT authorization for transportation structures or bridges and engineering structures - Group B driver's license - PC skills - Knowledge of road and construction law - Experience managing teams - Organizational and communication skills - Reliability, independence. Job responsibilities: During construction preparation: - Coordinates and methodically manages the preparation and implementation of construction projects - Establishes and monitors the completion of construction preparation schedules - preparation orders, design documentation assignments, design documentation development, securing property rights settlements for construction, ensuring engineering services and documentation for construction permits, preparing materials for subsidy applications according to methodology, etc. - Verifies completeness of documentation from regional offices handling construction preparation and implementation - Reviews design documentation and construction budgets - Reviews ZTKP of construction projects - Coordinates the preparation and implementation of construction projects - Reviews technical documentation for client selection procedures on individual projects - Collaborates on preparing materials for subsidy applications - Prepares simple construction budgets - Monitors compliance with deadlines for submitting documentation for the selection of designers or contractors. During construction implementation: - Performs the role of client representative on the construction site, i.e., site manager, technical supervision, and where applicable, health and safety coordinator on site - Establishes and monitors the completion of construction implementation schedules - issuing selection procedures for construction implementation, verifying documentation completeness and timely preparation for handover to the commercial department, monitoring construction quality plans, inspection and test plans, technological procedure proposals, site handover to the contractor and compliance with the construction schedule according to SOD - Ensures construction supervision - Performs quality control with contractors in accordance with applicable regulations and is responsible for work acceptance and construction invoicing according to the approved design documentation.
