Security Manager (Persons with Disabilities Only)

We are looking for a security manager (industrial facility security, construction site security, property security, facility security, and other contracts throughout the Czech Republic). Suitable for persons with disabilities (PwD) on a part-time basis of 5 hours per day. After the probation period, there is an opportunity to increase working hours or transition to a full-time position. Possibility to have flexible working hours. JOB DUTIES: The position primarily involves communication with clients and business travel. Recruiting new security and reception staff for assigned contracts. Monitoring service performance and scheduling shifts. Preparing payroll documentation (submission of attendance records for all subordinates across all contracts). Negotiating new contracts. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum age 18 years, criminal record clearance. Proof of disability status/ID. Priority given to experience in team leadership and security work experience. Communication skills, independence, flexibility, decisive action, reliability, willingness to travel. WE OFFER: Long-term and interesting work in a stable company.
