Personal assistance at NÄRA is therefore provided with respect for the individual's self-determination. Who is the client? Our client is a motorcycle enthusiast man who lives in a villa in Ösmo. Due to a brain injury, he needs help with his daily living. As an assistant, you will support him with cooking, household chores, exercise, and personal hygiene, among other things. In your daily work, you will use assistive devices such as lifts. Who are you? We believe you have experience with similar tasks and that you are calm, responsible, and speak Swedish well. You will be part of a team of experienced assistants. It is meritorious if you have: Experience with acquired brain injury What type of position is this? Currently, shifts are scheduled 8:00-21:00 and 20:00-10:00 with 5 hours on-call during the night. You need to be able to work both shifts according to a rotating schedule; the position is approximately 60%. We would appreciate it if you also have the ability to fill in for extra shifts when needed.
