About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and meticulous tradesperson with a focus on painting, who is also comfortable with basic carpentry tasks. The work is varied and includes both renovation and new construction – for private and public clients in the Stockholm region.
You will become part of a dedicated work team where quality, responsibility, and reliability are the foundation of everything we do. We value craftspeople who take pride in their work, deliver with excellent finishes, and stand behind what they've done.
The work is physical and performed at the client's location. You need to be able to plan your work independently, but also work well in a team and collaborate smoothly with other trades on the job site.
Your Tasks
Painting – main task:
Interior and exterior painting work
Priming, spackling, sanding, and painting
Window renovation – sanding, puttying, painting, and maintenance of wooden windows
Wallpapering
Self-inspection and documentation of completed work
Carpentry – complementary tasks:
Basic carpentry and handcraft work in connection with painting projects
Construction of decks, garden structures, and simple wooden constructions
Door installation
Repairs and minor renovation work
We are Looking for You
Documented professional experience in painting – required
B-class driver's license with manual transmission – required
Fluency in Swedish or English, and Polish at a level that enables smooth communication in the workplace – required
Able to provide references from previous employers or projects – required
Responsible, reliable, and take ownership of your work
Able to work independently and make decisions when the situation calls for it
Work well in a team – are collaborative and contribute to a positive atmosphere on site
Detail-oriented, with strong work ethics and ability to meet deadlines
