We are now seeking an LSS Case Officer for a temporary position in our authority unit. With us, you will have an important role in creating conditions for people with disabilities to live independent and meaningful lives. At the same time, you will become part of a small and competent work team where cooperation, development, and work satisfaction are in focus. CARE ADMINISTRATION The Care Administration is responsible for services to the elderly, sick, and disabled. A large part of care activities in the municipality is performed by private companies according to LOU or LOV and is regulated by contracts. The activities run by the municipality are gathered in one department. AUTHORITY UNIT At the Authority Unit, two LSS Case Officers currently work, as well as a case officer focusing on incorrect payments. We are a small unit where we support each other, share knowledge, and together develop our work methods to create the best possible conditions for those we serve. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As an LSS Case Officer, you are responsible for investigating, assessing, and making decisions according to LSS for both children and adults. You follow the individual through the process and cooperate with relatives, service providers, and other actors to ensure appropriate support based on the individual's needs. Legal certainty, participation, and professional conduct are central parts of the assignment. You also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of operations through quality work, process improvements, and development of work methods. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: • Has experience with authority work according to LSS. • Is confident in your profession and comfortable making independent decisions. • Has good conduct and finds it easy to build trusting relationships. • Is resourceful, solution-oriented, and wants to contribute to development. • Has good cooperation skills while taking responsibility for your own assignments. • Can prioritize and maintain structure even when workload varies. Qualifications: • A degree in social work or other higher education that the employer deems equivalent. • Good knowledge of current legislation in the field. • Good ability to document legally secure and clearly. • Good ability to express yourself in Swedish orally and in writing. • Class B driving license.
