We manufacture everything from full pallets, half pallets and special pallets to wooden fences and wooden boxes. Our strength lies in delivering custom-sized solutions of the highest quality – from drawing to finished product. We are a dedicated team that values close and successful collaboration, both internally and with our industrial customers throughout Småland. About the position: In the role of wood worker/assembler with us, you will work with the manufacturing and assembly of our wide range of wood packaging. The work is physical and involves operating machinery, using hand tools, and internal transportation of materials and finished products. You will follow drawings and instructions to ensure that the customer's specific requirements are met. Your main responsibilities: Manufacturing and assembly of load pallets (standard and custom sizes), wooden boxes and wooden fences. Operation of nail guns, saws and other woodworking tools. Material handling and forklift operation (loading, unloading and internal logistics). Quality control of raw materials and finished products. We are looking for someone who has: Experience with similar work within the wood industry, assembly or manufacturing. Valid forklift certification (preferably with experience operating a forklift in a production environment). Good ability to read and understand drawings/measurement instructions. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Personal qualities: We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. As a person, you are practical, thorough and have an eye for quality.
