As a solution architect, you will have a central role in developing and coordinating the agency's IT environment. You will ensure that digitalization and technical solutions are developed in line with the organization's needs, strategic goals, and architectural principles. The role also includes a coordinating responsibility for IT operations where you contribute to structure, prioritization, and long-term improvement work within the group. In the role, you are responsible for, among other things: ensuring that our digital initiatives are designed for the long term and contribute to the organization's goals providing support and advice to the organization on matters related to IT architecture, system development, and digitalization contributing to strategic development together with others, for example through target architecture supporting development projects and ensuring that architectural principles and technical guidelines are followed carrying out proactive work to ensure that we take advantage of opportunities with new technology developing and managing non-functional requirements in IT, and ensuring operationalization of these coordinating and creating structure in joint IT operations work supporting the unit manager in planning, prioritizing, and monitoring IT work contributing to structured and documented improvement work in the IT area participating in procurements, purchases, and dialogue with suppliers. Who are you? We are looking for someone who has relevant academic education or equivalent knowledge acquired in other ways multiple years of experience from work with similar tasks, for example development, system management, IT architecture, or technical project management experience coordinating, leading, and following up on projects, assignments, or development initiatives in IT experience working in Microsoft-based hybrid environments very good knowledge of AI and its potential to streamline working methods very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and good knowledge of English. We are looking for someone with a solid interest in and understanding of technology, but we also place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
