For our nearly 40 companies with over 50 operations in total, the HR/Payroll department is an important support function for our managers and employees, enabling them to carry out their missions and maintain the high quality we have in our operations. About the Role We are looking for someone who thrives in an advisory role where you support the managers of our operations. You naturally build trusting relationships and will have more or less daily contact with both managers and employees. As a payroll specialist with us, you will have a central role for the companies you are responsible for. Your work will be broad and largely independent, although we appreciate collaborating as much as we can. You own the entire payroll process from start to finish. Your main responsibilities Work in HogiaLön Plus and Flex HRM/Time Work with both salaried and hourly employees, vacation, holiday, and leave services Reporting to, among others, the Swedish Tax Agency, the Social Insurance Agency, the Enforcement Authority, and pension companies Prepare financial reports and supporting documents Calculate and manage vacation pay liabilities Interpret collective agreements and stay updated on new laws and directives Handle employer certificates Contribute to efficient and digital processes within payroll What We're Looking For You have a payroll specialist or payroll consultant qualification You have experience with payroll work, preferably for multiple companies simultaneously You are well versed in vacation pay liability and complex payroll calculations You are meticulous, organized, and have an eye for detail You have a natural affinity for digital tools and enjoy seeking smarter ways of working You actively contribute to your team It is meriting if you have: Experience with HogiaLön Plus and Flex HRM/Time Experience managing multiple companies simultaneously This position is a permanent employment with an introductory probationary period.
