We're looking for a payroll specialist who enjoys combining payroll expertise, service and continuous improvement in an HR environment. You will work both independently and in a team where payroll and HR collaborate. Payroll Specialist is a key role in ensuring correct pay, regulatory compliance and that our employees receive the right compensation. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with managers and employees while contributing to the development and harmonization of payroll management and supporting parts of HR work. What you'll do, your responsibilities As a payroll specialist, you are responsible for complete payroll management for all employees linked to Jönköping. This includes both shift workers and salaried employees at the facility, as well as those employed and working across the country. You handle payroll processes on a monthly basis and ensure that pay is processed on time and is accurate. Administration of employee data related to payroll and HR, pensions, insurance, benefits and statutory reporting Support to managers and employees with questions related to compensation, collective agreements, absence management, vacation, working hours and other matters Preparation and management of payroll reports and HR-related statistics Work with payroll system administration and continuous process improvements Participation in projects related to payroll management and other valuable HR projects Collaboration with payroll colleagues, managers, finance and external partners to ensure efficient payroll management Report to the HR Manager in Jönköping Who are you? We believe you are a service-oriented and structured payroll specialist who enjoys working independently. You are collaboration-focused and perceived as clear by those around you. We're looking for someone who has: Several years of experience in payroll management covering the entire process, preferably with experience in shift work and various collective agreement areas. Strong knowledge of Swedish payroll legislation, labor law, taxes, pensions and collective agreements Experience working with AGDA PS or a similar payroll system Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail Good at developing and improving processes so that payroll management is experienced as smooth and efficient.
